Sydney began her dance journey at the age of three and trained in tap, ballet, contemporary, and hip hop. She has studied under Debbie Daniel Wells, David Mann, Debbie Kohler, Alexis Black, Sasha Comrie, Elycia Phelps, Tokyo Kevin Inouye, Brandon Nguyen-Hilton, Jason Kalish, Jeff Shade, Joe Van Loon, and Jeff Foote.

Sydney is an accomplished competition dancer and has won numerous dance scholarships and awards throughout her career. During college, Sydney was a member of the MSU dance team & the Transcendence Dance Collective. She also taught tap at the prestigious Shannon Miller's Academy for Performing Arts and has been an assistant to the director at The Dance Factory since 2012.  

 

In 2022, Sydney performed in the hit musical "White Christmas" with The Springer Opera House in Columbus, Georgia. She will be returning this fall and winter for "Cabaret" and "Elf: The Musical."

 

In addition to dance, Sydney is very passionate about many things. She's a vocalist as well as an avid gamer, digital artist, filmmaker, and has a big heart for friends and family. Her lifelong goal is to entertain.
